Our customer is an innovative company with a new break-through technology to treat severe sleep apnea (OSA). The Manager of Direct to Consumer (DTC) Marketing Europe will be an essential part of the Sales and Marketing Team Europe, providing execution of DTC sales and marketing initiatives. The primary objective of the Manager DTC Marketing is to drive consumer acquisition through digital and offline demand generation channels (Online, Print, TV, Referral, Radio etc.). This will include identifying and analyzing new acquisition opportunities, developing those opportunities, coordinating resources and facilitating production, executing programs and tracking and reporting on results.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute DTC marketing demand generation and acquisition programs that deliver website visits, conversions and funnel patient hotline call center for generating appointments at treatment centers
  • Create copy and content to be used in DTC communication channels like TV/Radio scripts, patient stories for print and online platforms
  • Manage PR agencies to deliver on DTC campaign implementation
  • Proactively recognize potential opportunities from tracking and results, and adjust campaigns and deliverables to drive better results
  • Deliver campaigns across all channels (TV, Radio, Social), focused on segmentation and targeted messaging
  • Maintain quarterly and annual marketing project plans that align with overall organizational objectives; manage and deliver on timelines and impact
  • Work with sales team to translate sales needs into functional campaigns using all available tools and / or suggesting new tools
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager Europe to grow awareness for the therapy and support digital and PR initiatives
  • Develop new ideas, and test ideas and drive innovative DTC concepts and strategies
  • Improve all customer facing tools, including portal sites and other digital properties in close cooperation with Manager of Digital Marketing and Head of Marketing Europe, for increased penetration and retention
  • Other duties as assigned
  • The Manager of Direct to Consumer (DTC) Marketing Europe will report to the Director of Marketing Europe

Ihr Profil

  • Ideally multiple years of experience in DTC marketing and sales execution across print, digital and call center channels (TV/Radio preferred)
  • Experience working with/through marketing agencies
  • High proficiency for creating marketing program budgets and managing them effectively
  • Passion for driving results
  • Understanding of overall consumer profiling and look-alike segmentation
  • Curiosity around process improvement
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Excellent organization
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • B.S. degree at a minimum or M.Sc. in business
  • Languages: English and German. French is a plus
  • Home based in Germany
