Our customer is an innovative company with a new break-through technology to treat severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The Director Market Access & Reimbursement is responsible for securing and maintaining optimal market access and reimbursement for the new OSA therapy. Reporting to the Sr. VP Global Market Access with a dotted line to the Sr. VP Europe, the Director Market Access & Reimbursement will lead development and execution of the reimbursement and pricing strategy to support the value proposition and the payer and government policy.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Establishing and executing the market access strategy for our customer`s therapy in specific European markets, including value proposition, pricing, reimbursement, coding and contracting
  • Provide strategic direction and input for the development of the global value dossier and payer submissions (core value dossiers, evidence plans/health economic studies, health economic models) to demonstrate the clinical and economic value of the customer`s therapy
  • Lead development of evidence-based clinical and economic value messages to communicate the value story to payers, healthcare providers and other decision-makers
  • Collaborate with thought leaders and professional societies to develop a coding strategy to optimize the reimbursement potential for our customer`s therapy among key stakeholders

Ihr Profil

  • Experience from the medical device industry or healthcare field including significant experience in medical device reimbursement and market access
  • Proven experience in developing market access and reimbursement strategies and obtaining reimbursement codes and coverage policies for new products
  • Experience in developing value dossiers from a broad range of therapy areas to ensure value proposition achieve objectives among payer relationships
  • Global market access launch experience (strategy development and hands-on country support) from key geographies in Europe
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, ability to scenario plan, craft strategic options, prioritize and problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a convincing way to non-technical audiences
  • Experienced and adept at navigating in international, multilingual and cross-functional environments
