Ihre Aufgaben

  • Lead the strategy, development and launch of initiatives that will increase awareness among hospital administrators and referring physicians
  • Partner with surgeons and administrative champions and implement peer-to-peer education around hospital market development and community awareness
  • Collaborate with Market Access and Customer Analytics (MACA), European Marketing and other departments to develop and implement cohesive digital strategies and creative messaging to generate referring physician as well as deliver awareness resources to customers
  • Lead customer analytics efforts with Enterprise Analytics and third party data vendors to develop value-based tools and services that deliver insight into patient referrals, patient migration patterns, as well as provider and physician quality outcomes. Deploy these resources through appropriate channels
  • Develop and collaborate with executive champions. Plan Executive Sessions for hospital CEOs, CFOs and clinical champions in the DACH region to assist in the development of new product programs
  • Serve as the central point of contact and project manager for customer-facing Marketing Communication projects; work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional contributors

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in life science or business discipline
  • 6+ years of experience including 3 years of Clinical/Product marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company
  • Physician and hospital marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company, surgical and/or experience desired
  • Proven ability to effectively position and procedure/product messages and develop strong sales support to drive desired adoption
  • Experience working with corporate executives within Integrated Delivery Networks / health systems, hospital administrators and surgeon champions
  • Demonstrated success in building clinical education and marketing programs to drive product/procedure growth
  • Proven ability to effectively position and message products/procedures and develop strong sales support to drive product/procedure adoption
  • Disciplined, self-aware, self-starter with ability to lead in unstructured environment. Handles ambiguity well and guides others positively and effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Superior verbal/written communication, teamwork
  • A keen ability to manage projects, keeping to budget, organizing, prioritizing and coping with multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite
  • Ability to travel 20-30%. International travel required
