Our client is a medium-sized, European and international, expanding company with more than 1.000 employees. He has been very successful in the field of dentistry for several decades. Due to its experience, quality, design and service, the company occupies a leading position.
In the course of further continuous international market development we are looking for the Sales Director primarily for the Asian market (APAC -IMEA). The market is already well established and can be continued successfully. A broad handover and onboarding can be ensured by the existing holder of the position. The company is based in Switzerland and a regular presence in the head office is necessary.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • You are responsible for the target achievement of your international sales region
  • Develop and coordinate the sales force in cooperation with the General Manager
  • Act as the liaison between the field personnel/customers and the operations on a day-to-day basis pursuing alignment within the local organization and HQ
  • Identify sites and decision makers. Plan and prioritize all commercial activities to meet sales objectives in your area.
  • Establish and develop close relationships with your sales organization to define their needs, address their concerns and negotiate/close business transactions
  • Coordinate internal support and be fully accountable for all aspects of training for sales organization and distribution partners
  • Represent the company on various occasions such as congresses, exhibitions and clinical meetings
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in respect of the Company Ethical/Quality Standards and supporting company`s mission statement and goals
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Analysis of market, clients and competition
  • Build up good relations not only to the subsidiaries and distributors, but also to clinical KOLs and other market players

Ihr Profil

  • several years responsibility in an International sales role and leadership DNA
  • Preferably experience in the dental industry or medical technology
  • English language essential, besides mother language all other languages are a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales process plus how to train and coach the key components
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results with premium products in a competitive (healthcare) market
  • International experience. Able to adapt to different cultures and markets
  • Direct and indirect channel management experience
  • Passion and energy - leads from the front
  • Proven success in change management
  • Location should be close to a main airport
