Andreas has interdisciplinary experience in the hospital environment and in the medical profession. His pursuit of personal development led him from direct sales to an executive in personnel management. In management positions in global dental and MedTech companies, he gained national and international experience and got to know different team cultures. Most recently, he headed a business unit for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland in the medical technology sector.
