The graduate in business administration started his career in the financial sector before moving to the health care industry and taking his first steps in the hospital environment and the medical profession. Personal development has always been very important to Andreas, so it was a logical consequence for him to take the step from Sales Rep to People Management after a short time. Subsequently, he held various management positions at global companies in the dental and MedTech industry. Since the teams he led were spread over several countries and he was also part of the European Leadership Team, he was able to gain valuable international experience during this time and get to know many different team cultures. Most recently, he was responsible for a business unit in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland for a global player in medical technology.
His passion for building networks as well as his strength to recognize, promote and develop the natural talents, potentials and abilities in others has helped him to successfully build and expand teams in his 20-year sales career. As a passionate athlete, it was and is always important to him to tackle goals ambitiously and to have the team spirit fully in focus.
