Modern leadership begins within us. Anyone who wants to lead others needs clarity about their own role, their own patterns, and the expectations placed on them from the outside. Only then can a good leader become an effective one.
Christina Romberger is convinced of this. The business administrator and leadership coach knows what she’s talking about: She has over 15 years of leadership experience in the retail industry. At Schafferer in Freiburg, her career path took her from project management and department leadership to managing a retail store with 60 employees, and ultimately to the position of Head of E-Commerce with a team of 16 people. She has built teams, managed budgets, and guided changes that cannot be implemented overnight. As a co-founder of her own café, she is also familiar with the entrepreneurial side of business.
She completed her training as a systemic-integral HR and business coach in 2025 according to the standards of the QRC Qualitätsring Coaching und Beratung, of which she is a member. In her coaching, she never views people in isolation: their role, team, and organization always play a part. Her approach is solution-oriented and practical. What emerges from coaching should also work on Monday morning in the office.
Since 2026, Christina Romberger has been expanding the services offered by BESTMINDS Executive Search as a partner specializing in systemic business coaching. She helps companies clarify their needs before filling a position, supports new leaders through their first few months on the job, and works with teams undergoing change. She also assists professionals and leaders in assessing their current situation and pursuing a new career path. Sessions take place in Freiburg or online.
