The project manager, key account manager and sales engineer knows what she is talking about: she looks back on more than 15 years of professional experience at one of the largest automotive suppliers, where she ensured that vehicles were successfully brought into series production, from development to after-sales business. As a project manager in several departments, she acted as a mouthpiece to customers. Due to her diverse areas of responsibility, she knows companies from a wide range of perspectives. As a coach and process facilitator, she uses her acquired communicative and analytical skills in recruiting to successfully and sustainably fill even the most difficult positions.
As a graduated philologist in Spanish and Russian, she maintains a multilingual industry network after gaining intercultural professional experience throughout Europe.
