With our new Senior Partner Zelmira Sopirova-Rudolph, we have further strengthened our executive search for the fields of oncology and gynecology. She brings valuable experience and industry knowledge to the placement of specialists and executives. With pleasure! I was born 45 years ago in what was then Czechoslovakia. I am married and have four lively children: two wonderful daughters, a German-speaking husband and a love-needy Chihuahua. After graduating from high school at 19, I came to Freiburg on my own to study political science and linguistics in Spanish and Russian. That was a very impactful event, starting a completely new life in a foreign country, which shaped me a lot as a person. Also, coping with the intercultural differences of my German husband and my daughters growing up bilingually is both a challenge and enrichment for myself personally. As a balance and relaxation I like to go to yoga and wellness. Sporting activities such as skiing, but especially swimming are very important to me. I am a real water person and could stay in the pool forever.
Due to the fact that I speak fluent German, English, Slovakian, Spanish and Russian, I first gained a foothold in Marketing Development. I then moved to Barcelona to work in sales in the industry. I stayed in the industry and was later able to manage international projects for Mexico. When I returned to Germany, I was able to manage my own project and take over the entire after-sales business of a well-known company.
After my time in the industry, I further refined my communication skills by completing training as a coach and process facilitator. In addition to team and individual coaching, my main focus has been on career orientation and anxiety management. The aim is not to find solutions to existing problems, but to accompany and support people in their personal development.
During my years of working in sales, project and key account management, it has become clear to me that my absolute strongest attribute is interpersonal communication. I love listening to people and responding to their needs by asking specific questions. I wanted to develop in this direction in the long term and therefore started my training as a coach and process facilitator. Completing the training again strengthened my decision. In Freiburg, I then had interviews with various personnel consultancies, whereby BESTMINDS personally picked me up and convinced me due to its good reputation in the specialized areas and the company philosophy.
In 2022, I joined the company as a permanent Senior Consultant and specialized in the fields of oncology and gynaecology. Due to my growing expertise, I decided to become an independent Senior Partner at BESTMINDS in June 2024.
Coherence before speed! I became a personnel consultant out of conviction. I enjoy helping clients and candidates over the longer term to bring them together. I want to leave a lasting impression on each of my contacts by providing them with empathetic and human advice. I don't want to scratch the surface, but really get to know the candidate behind the application in order to match them to the right company. This method can take time but pays off in the longer term for both company and candidate.
