After studying pharmacology, she worked in various functions - from sales to the successful market launch of specialized and challenging product lines. These include biomaterials, pain therapy, infection management and cartilage transplants as well as complex tissue types and innovative implants that require in-depth market knowledge and assertiveness.

Her broad experience and expertise make her an expert in the placement of specialists, managers and doctors in interdisciplinary teams. Through her work, she has built up a strong network ranging from industry to hospitals and universities.
