Career tips -

Professional networking - an important tool for your career

Most jobs are found informally through personal contacts. A study by BH Careers International showed that 80% of vacancies are not advertised and 60% of professionals and managers found their jobs through their own network.

This makes it all the more important for applicants to maintain their social network to draw attention to their skills and achievements.

As a personnel consultant at BESTMINDS Executive Search for pharmaceuticals, life sciences and medical technology, I too focus on my candidate network when recruiting. By arrangement, I introduce competent candidates to pharmaceutical companies - even if they have not yet advertised a corresponding position. In this way you as an applicant benefit from my network and secure your next career step. Many of my life sciences clients are always open to profiles from the pharmaceutical, production and quality control sectors. Would you like to know more? Then I look forward to hearing from you.
