The DKOU is the most important German and Europe-wide largest congress in the field of orthopedics and trauma surgery. This year, the DKOU 2022 took place from October 25 to 28, as always in Berlin. 170 exhibitors primarily from medical technology expected visitors on 4800 square meters of industrial space.
The motto of this year's congress was "With enthusiasm for our patients!"
With this motto, the DKOU 2022 would like to put the patient back in the center of attention. Program topics include optimal patient-specific preparation and care and how this can be implemented despite increasing economic pressure, staff shortages and political guidelines. For the congress presidents, it is clear that this can only be achieved through empathy and enthusiasm.
